I work with clients privately one to one in person or online. I offer tailor-made programmes to educate and empower you to feel re-energised so you can live life to the fullest.  

 

Within the programmes, I analyse your health & lifestyle in depth and go beyond symptoms to understand the root causes of the changes in your health. We work together and you follow a personalised plan with my support to ensure the necessary commitment and motivation to help you on your health journey.  

 

The advice given in each session is specific to your individual needs and takes into account your likes, dislikes and lifestyle to ensure it is realistic and easily implemented into your routine to allow you to achieve the results you desire.

A customised programme to help you get back on track with your health and feel refreshed.

12 week programme includes

  • initial case analysis and health assessment (60-90 minutes) in person or via video call.

  • a personal action plan

  • 1 x 30 minute coaching call 

  • 3 x follow-up consultations

OPTIMUM

A programme that offers you an enhanced level of support to help you to be in control of your health. It will give you direction and purpose while helping you to feel more confident as you age.

12 week programme includes

  • initial case analysis and health assessment (60-90 minutes) in person or via video call.

  • a personal action plan

  • 5 hours of consultations structured over 12 weeks

  • Weekly email support

VITALITY

The ultimate programme that everyone needs. A step by step approach with customised support, just for you, to navigate your health challenges and achieve unlimited living.

12 week programme includes

  • initial case analysis and health assessment (60-90 minutes) in person or via video call.

  • a personal action plan

  • 7.5 hours of consultations structured over 12 weeks including health coaching sessions every week.

  • Weekly email support
